It is about upgrading my return trip to a Roomette because I am a senior 83 years old with certain difficulties and when I was sold a ticket on coach I was not told that in order for me to get any services I have to climb back-and-forth stairs consistently for the last for five days because the train was terribly delayed and I became sick I lost like 3 to 4 days of my vacation I still cant hardly walk or move so I need somebody to make arrangements for my return in August 30 or later. Initially when I realize the problem I tried to upgrade it in Chicago in Denver it was refused. definitely accommodate me
