Important phone calls drops when i am talking

Every time that I have an important phone call from my Drs or my family it drops and the Dr or me we have to call back again and I am paying almost 200.00 dollars per month for a service that is not working at all and for me to communicate with my family I had to have an app like WhatsApp or messenger and also is frustrating that I have to deal with this issue so help yo fixed the problem
