IMO — Theft!

Placed an order for an item that was subsequently discontinued. Credit card charged. When I contacted the company (5+times) via email I got canned emails stating that the order was in process. Contacted the company over and over, got the same canned emails. Called the company and got a recording using a COVID excuse as to why phones were not being answered. Will be reporting them to the State Attorney General and filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency. User's recommendation: Avoid them like the plague!
