I have been with PFFCU for over 5 years since that time I have applied several times for loans. The last loan I was denied I spoke to someone at the branch. They explained to me what I need to do in Order to get an approval, in which I did. When I applied again for a home equity just recently I was still denied. My combined credit score was 620. When I spoke to a loan Officer (Louis Picciano) at branch he was very short and brief with me. Piccianco told me that they used my experian credit score and they didn't used the combination of all 3 bureaus. I explained to him that I been on my job for over 17yrs, a home owner, just paid off a 6yrs auto loan and a member for over 5yrs. I also told him I was dissatisfied with the service and was seeking business elsewhere. He said ok and hung up the the phone. PFFCU customer service sucks do they think they have so many customers they can get away with rude behaviors. I'm done with PFFCU my next step is to send a complaint to the corporate office.
