I booked a room at the baymont on river watch parkway in Augusta Ga. I booked on travelocity, when I got to the hotel room, it was not up to part as I thought it was from reviews Online . I asked the clerk Courtney who was working there on assistance on how to cancel a room. She was no help, very rude and disrespectful. She kept cutting me off and telling me to have a good day. I told her she was very rude and she said oh well. She proceeded to call the police on me because I did not leave, all I wanted was for help to cancel the room. User's recommendation: Better customer service.
