I’m very disappointed with their customer service.

I called them to ask where I could possibly purchase a fan to match the one I already have. Instead of a simple answer, they send me to a Ask the Expert site where I have to pay a dollar to get my answer. I know it's just a dollar, but I was trying to purchase their product. That seems very petty to me. I'll look for a different company.
