On March 10th, 2020 I had a $68.87 order that was paid for. I never got my order. I kept waiting and tried to reach someone several times. I've contacted FedEx, but they said Ebony lines has to contact them. After, 30 days Ebony lines state they can't refund me. I still haven't been able to reach anyone. I really just want my order. Due to the virus, they aren't working as usual. They still should have some way to speak to someone in these matters. I buy a lot from this company and never had issues like this. FedEx states they delivered the product to my door. However, had been watching for this order and I saw on my security camera they did deliver a package but, it was for my mother her medication. So clearly there is an issue. I need my money back or the order I paid for. For all the inconvenience I should even get something extra. I sent them several emails and just got the damn run around.
