I’m so disappointed

This is my second time ordering from YesStyle. First time there was nothing wrong and I received my order on a timely manner. My second order is nowhere to be found. They gave me a tracking number which isn't working so I can't track my order. When I placed my order I even asked them if the items I wanted to buy were in stock. I have no idea why does it taking so long! My order was placed in late June and July is almost over! I'm so disappointed.
