I’m shopping!

Out since Sunday, and they called three times to say my problem fixed! NO IT'S NOT! Bad enough for two seniors to be freezing, but to come home to find out it's not been fixed REALLY steams me! Sync your computer to the work that's ACTUALLY BEING DONE!
