I’m paying for a glitch in their system.

I placed an order on my phone. It let me click on no iron pants,(which are really thin) petite short, and size 12p, and pick a color. They sent 12p but not short. customer service said I ordered wrong so I have to pay the 10.00 return fee. They went to the computer and said I could have ordered 12s. I said again, I did it on my phone a d it allowed me to pick short, but it did not go through that way. They did not have a cell phone to test what I told them. So I will pay the 10.00 and never order from them again. Makes no sense to me to *** off someone over 10.00. And my mother paid for this and she is 85.
