I’m not sure if an order went through for dettol.

I want to know if I'm still a member and I don't know if an order for dettol which had to be £9 for free delivery I don't want three bottles of dettol if I have to collect it myself. I'm also confused the item says in stock then not in stock then in stock. Just like when I put in my card details it said don't recognise the email address then it looked like it went through and then it said nothing.
