I’m not eligible for billing statements because I autopay?

I contacted the customer support after I found a need for a billing statement to show an amount due. They told me because I autopay their monthly dues that they couldnt supply me with a bill and to unsubscribe from auto billing to get an electronic bill. Excuse me? It cannot be that hard to get a product. If they dont oblige, ill refinance and go elsewhere, solely to not deal with a lazy company that doesnt mind a customer's need.
