I’m just a number, NOT a loyal customer

Update by user Apr 26, 2019 I have been a customer of BMO Harris for 20+ years with 4 open accounts. I opened a checking account for my 16yr old son and they needed a co-signer. I was told to take my account off of a credit freeze, since I was a victim of identity theft twice. I was not going to put my credit in harms way again and pleaded with the staff to "make an exception" since they can view my accounts over the last 20+ years. They did not want to make any exceptions and told me if I did not do this, I would need to close my sons account. Loyalty means NOTHING to this company. I am just another number that will be closing all of my accounts with them do to this lack of empathy. I'm surprised they are still in business treating loyal customers like this. Good bye!
