I’m glad they cancelled.

I was told something akin to "We might be able to make it in the afternoon." However, I was adamant that I could only have someone at the house in the afternoon from the start. One would think that they would try to find a day where they could accommodate my schedule. On the morning of the scheduled repair, I was informed that they wouldn't be able to make it and would the following Thursday, a week later, be okay. A full week? After I've been waiting for a week already? Having read the other reviews, I'm glad that they didn't come out as I would probably be waiting for a part. Thanks for saving me some time.
