I bought shoes online mid July 2021, size was checked and didn't bother to fit as I was sure of the size of my shoes. End of August I decided to try my shoes on to my surprise both pairs which are my size 5 are lose they are too big. I sent an email at Truworths and was told about return policy which I'm are of but how do I go about if shoes were never worn and realise shoes were /are big 30 days after. Thanks
