Im being charged for a service that i cannot cancel

Apparently that wasnt the customer service number. Im being charged for fallout 1 membership and i am unable to cancel it through my ps4 or through your website as it days i have no subscriptions. I just got charged through my bank so i know you are still charging me for a service youre company is claiming im no longer using. Fix this or pay me back
