So I just want everyone to be aware of car financial illegally repoing cars. It just happened to me. I set my payment s on auto pay but guess what July declined so before the due date 8 call them with the same exact card that they said declined and made the payment kept confirmation number and who I. talked to. Saturday night they came and took the car so of course I couldnt talk to no one til Monday..... called 8 am on the dot, the lady first said I had to pay 520.00 to get the car. I said no I have paid every payment she says no you haven't paid since April the bank card you are using is being declined. I said I have my statements saying you are getting the money. She then changed it to the card you are paying with is saying it's a stolen card. I was done with her then I said I want your supervisor it took another 15 mins her arguing with me before she would put her supervisor on the phone.After speaking to the supervisor it took 10 mins for her to come back on the line and say they are releasing the with no charges to me.
