Keen (owner) lakeerieautosales@***.com This car lot has very shady and illegal way of repossessing and returning personal propriety. I understand that they do have the right to repo a car but they do not have the right to enter a house without permission which is what he did on Feb. 17th. There is a police report on file for that. On that day his repo man made an agreement on his behalf so that we would catch it up on or before Feb. 27th. On Feb. 26th between 11:00 am and noon the car was repossessed from my wife's job. This morning we went to talk to the owner of the car lot and he refused to work with us which is against the Ohio revised code and also called the police. According to the officers the owner was going to have our stuff out of the car and we could pick it up at noon. When we got there and went through it we found that there is a bunch of stuff that is missing such as the registration paperwork for the plates and my handicap parking permit along with the insurance cards, money and assorted items. He also refused to give this stuff to us so we went right to the police department to file yet another report against them. There business practices are against the Ohio revised code but yet i have no faith in the legal system in Ashtabula, Ohio to pursue action against this company or person. I do not care if we get the vehicle back but the least I will accept is an apology and for this company and person to be held accountable for his actions just like everybody else in this world is. So beware if you have any dealings with this company or individual.
