Bayview Loan Servicing has continued to operate illegally based on the 2009 Bail Out for the banks and the current regulations for home modifications. I have been denied a modification over and over and been told now they will not review me for another modification application, they will foreclose or do a short sale. What??? I have asked my account manager to send me letters stating why each modification program has been denied to me, they refuse to put it in writing. I have called supervisors and made complaints-no return call or action on their part. I have done my homework and know they are not reviewing my Making Homes Affordable apps the way they are supposed to. They keep saying "we want to help you stay in your home" but again and again I am denied a modification and they wont tell me exactly why or send it in writing. How can I get real help with them without having to spend thousands to get help?? This is crazy how they are operating.
