truely to say, I was a faithful tenant for well over 30yrs, at lake Eden apt complex , never caused any problems, faithfully pd my rent on time , having ongoing health issues, I had to retire at my job in retail , 30 yrs grocery and produce Dept. here is my situation, just last May , I was hospitalized for two weeks, and my rent was pd in full for mays rent. as I was under direct medical care, as I was released from the hospital may 21st, then went bck to my apt, I could not enter therein, they had a lock mechanism of security lock, and when I approached the leasing management , they used some lame excuse saying, oh your apt was trashed out! they kept me was entering , by installing this security lock mechanism , and ceased all my valuable possessions, especially brand new expensive laptops asus and hp, top of line buisness and other, nearly $1,400 for both, and all my hobbies of newest of pc systems , all of great value ! and so much more in electronics all new technology, new lg 21 hd tv, and so much to list, even all my valuable keepsakes, bck in early 60,s and 70,s ) near mint cond, $2000.00 king size mirrored bedroom outfit and the two large dressers and two night stands. near mint condition, top of line excercise bike, all my medical supplies and equipment , new aluminum crutches and matching cane, even more of other valuable items! total value of all, nearly $20,000) I have contacted , and high rated attorney and six on your side! I am so damm angry, all this leasing rental management has done unto me, as a faithful rental tenant for over 30yrs residing here at lake eden apts! wrongful illegal eviction, and theft of leasing management , and I had no place to go, and my rent was pd in full for may, I yet had 10 days for rental , and this damm leasing property management has bitterly angered, and i am filing a lawsuit , of all they have done against me, as a faithful tenant, and six on your side , is truely aware, of this evilness ! sincerely brien!
