This collection agency offers mortgage modification program when the real fact is they don't they rather foreclose on your home than to modified it. their strategy is ignoring your efforts when they request financial documentation from you, ones you send them threw fax theirs no telling what they do to the imformation that, then they send a week later a letter saying if you want us to help you to modified under a programyou have to comply with our request for documents, when you talk to them they act like they really want to help you but the fact is they just playing game when really for us is not is a serious matter either saving your home or loosing it to them its a monopoly game to them its about them and not us they are not here to help they are here to make money off of us their excuse for a ignorants behavior is the letters they send after you fax their request for financial documention a week later, this has been going on eversence the year 2008 now they say I haven't comply and 30 days of notice is up time to proceed with forclosure on my property or other means to collect...if any thing I would really like the chance to have some kind of fairness with this matter or some kind of legal action against them they might not even hold the original mortgage note with them, would like to request that from them and see if they do have it so they can show it in court .
