Ignoring my complaints/not sending missing items I paid for.

For a couple of months monoprice just keep on ignoring my request for them to send the missing items that I paid for. INVOICE NUMBER 277**** ORDER DATE 2/5/2010 Sending missing item(s), (3)3917. Sending missing item(s), (3)3137. Sending missing item(s), (5)5177. Sending missing item(s), (2)3087. Sending missing item(s), (3)3088. Sending missing item(s), (2)3113. Sending missing item(s), (2)6344. Sending missing item(s), (2)2734. 4 months and nothing happens. Just keep on sending them emails...but to no avail. I am a platinum member, what more for a new consumer...besides I have a lot of defective items coming from them.
