1am-5am room 106 loud talking and cursing, my daughter and I have been up all night from them. Night manager doesnt even come out to fro t desk because I keep coming down. Im trying to check out and want a refund because we have literally been up all night! Shes rude when I spoke with her, saying she sees me ( when I told her what room I was in). Does that mean theres cameras in my room? Then when I walked the halls to come down to front desk and try to hear which room it was, she said I did something to the doors??? I have a long drive and have had no sleep. Im furious. My daughter needs to ride 3 horses and its dangerous on no sleep. Worst experience. I tried calling your complaint line and phone goes dead????? Horrible!
