On Sunday, 04/15/2018, I went to Mastercuts in Lufkin, Tx. I signed in and sat down to wait. I didn't mind waiting as the stylist I typically use, Destiny, was busy. However, after I had been there for 30 minutes, 2 young girls came in and signed in as well. During this time, another lady came in to have her hair done. She did not sign in so I assumed she had an appointment. Destiny proceeded to perform her services for the lady; however, when that customer left, she did not pay for her services. Destiny hugged her and said she would see her tonight. So it was obvious at that point that they were friends. Still no problem. One of the young girls had been called back by the other stylist and her friend went to sit with her. About 10 minutes later, Destiny turned to her friend and said I can do your hair if that is okay. Meanwhile I had arrived ahead of them and was still waiting. At this point, I did get up and leave. After waiting so long and watching one customer get services done and did not pay for it and then completely skipping me and going to another customer, I had had enough. I will not be returning here.
