When their device breaks down and before they send you the new device they cut off your TV device. Does not make sense . Now we have no service until these clowns send us another new device that works. User's recommendation: Don’t cut off ignite device before you receive new one . Just so stupid . Oh and they don’t tell you . In the middle of your program you get a message on the screen device needs to be a activated.
