Had truck serviced a number of times here. Never done right one time. I have had to argue with them that there was something wrong. When they finally listened and road tested it I ended up with a $1500.00 ill to fix my imaginary problem. The same problem came back and they DID fix it under warranty but they have never tried to find out what caused it to fail again unless they know their mechanics do poor work. Got an oil change and full inspection with all items in the GREEN. Got home found torn windshield wiper blade - one of the green items. Wen another time for service and they told my read differential needed an oil change. I told them last week YOU changed the carrier bearings there and had to install new oil the response only if we had to open the pumpkin to put the bearings in. Well there is not way on the universe to get bearings in unless you open it up. This was just a scam to get me to pay for oil. I also had all 3 of my cases serviced elsewhere for under $300.00 as Galpin wanted $800.00. Last time I set an appointment for service and they stood me up. I bought a new Ford Truck yesterday on Phoenix and I will drive there for service rather than allowing Galpin to screw it up after all it only a 200 mile round trip. If you trade here you are insane and you get what you deserve. I am just disappointed that Ford allows this go go on in it's name.
