Ive been a member of Orange Theory off and on for 3 years... I started back up in December of 2019. It has turned into everything I hated about middle school gym class - partner work, playing games like capture the flag. Are you guys kidding me? The appeal used to be working out, getting your numbers tracked and having a trainer around if you need help. I just want to work out and not socialize.
