If you like being lied to, incompetence and rudeness; with Total Air Care you get a threefer

It's companies like this that make you wonder why you can't leave a zero star rating. Incompetence at every aspect of their business from techs, administration and customer service. The phones rings for 30-60 minutes when you first call into the company. Need to be transferred? Another 30-45 minutes on hold. A/C has been out since June 19th. They diagnosed it June 20th. After a week I call back and they say they haven't even ordered the part. After the imbeciles order the part, the first appointment to be repaired was June 30th. Of course that had to be rescheduled due to "the rain". Yep folks, the rain, even though I offered the tech a full sized canopy to work under. Now the next appointment is July 9th even though the tech said he would return the next day. The ONLY thing that's amazing about Total Air is the fact they're still in business. Read every review site you can, including the Better Business Bureau, and you'll find Total Air consistently receives 1.5 or lower star ratings. There are many reasons for that and none of them are good.
