I bought a Hyla vacuum cleaner not even six months ago. It got hair under the ends of the brush roll and stripped the bearings. This vacuum is designed so you cannot remove the brush roll yourself, and I was told if I tried then my warranty would be void. $2500 vacuum and you can't remove the brush roll yourself...not worth the money. Don't buy it! There's no return policy either. I have to pay for the new brush roll also.
