If you do not live in a cave, skip the auto loan

I have a Citizens Bank Auto loan. Yes, I made payments on time, I make additional payments, hate owing, but I digress. When you sign on to the 1980's (hot pants and Michael Jackson is back) era website, you are greeted with a page that is confusing. Once you find out how to get into the payment area, if you opt for an account summary, you will only see payment due. Not principal. To see what you paid, you have to search for it. To find your principal, you have to call the auto robot. I would put their webpage against the worst of the web, *** I would buy the trophy. I am so annoyed by the website and the "clunkliness" that I am compelled to pay more quicker. Train wreck.
