In February 2019, Peacher Plumbing of Alexandria, La. flooded our kitchen ruining 100-year-old wood floors. After contacting the company they denied all wrongdoing and refused to give us their insurance information in order that their adjustor could investigate. I have since taken photographs of the damages. We plan to file a complaint with the licensing board so that others are protected from companies like this one.
