If you buy a car and the finance department uses ACA as your loan company, tell them to find you someone else to finance your car or take your business elsewhere.

I bought a 2010 Nissan Maxima in August 2013 at 24.7% and my payments are $602.36 a month. The total amount for the car was $43,369.92 and my final payment is suppose to be today, Feb 26, 2020. To date, I've paid them $44,269.97 and they still want me to pay another $2500.00. Said I still owe the principal on the car. My loan was for 72 months and they said I only paid 71 months. To date, I've paid them $900.05 over what my actual loan is and they want me to pay an additional $2500.00 in one lump sum for a total of $46,769.97 or they are going to try and repo my car. In the ratings, If I could give them less than half a star, I would. So please include me in your law suit.....nylahjoy2009@***.com
