MY BROTHER MODESTO SERRANO ALTHOUGH DISABLED, VERY SICKLY, AND BLIND HE IS NOT CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY BY THE FACILITY MANAGER MARVIN AT THE GUY BREWER LOCATION IN QUEENS NY. MY BROTHER HAD COMPLAINED ABOUT HOW THEY PULL IN THEIR FAVORITE PATIENTS BEFORE THE HISPANICS LEAVING THE HISPANICS WAITING HOURS TO BE CALLED. HE MADE A COMPLAINT AND HE WAS FINALLY BEING TREATED FAIRLY BUT NOW AGAIN THEY ARE BACK TO RETALIATION MODE AND HAVING HIM WAIT HOURS BEFORE BEING SEEN AND THE EXCUSE IS THEIR WAS A PATIENT THAT HAD AN EMERGENCY. MY BROTHER'S HEALTH IS DETERIORATING DUE TO MISSED APPOINTMENTS DUE TO BEING SEEN LATE AND HAVING TO BE TAKING OFF MACHINE BEFORE TIME BECAUSE HE HAS OTHER APPOINTMENTS TO GO TO. ALSO, TRANSPORTATION IS ALWAYS LATE SO AGAIN LEFT TO WAIT HOURS. THIS CAUSING HIM FRUSTRATION AND MISSING DIALYSIS APPOINTMENTS. ITS SAD THAT COMPASSION IS NOT PROVIDED TO ALL PATIENTS AND TO THEIR NEEDS. ONE NURSE WAS RUDE AND TOLD HIM TO SHUT UP AND AFTER THAT THEIR RELATIONSHIP HAS GONE SOUR. HER UNPROFESSIONALISM IN TRYING TO DEFUSE THE SITUATION HAS CAUSED MY BROTHER TO BE RETALIATED AGAINST. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET HIM OUT OF THERE BUT TO NO AVAIL. WHAT DOES A PERSON HAVE TO DO TO GET A PATIENT THE *** OUT OF THIS *** HOLE?
