I was told I had to pay a $445 deposit to change services to my new address, the address the tech was using was incorrect, the actually deposit wouldve been $125. I paid the $445 and then they used to it to pay for passed due bills at the old address which was now my exes responsibility. And when all of the money is gone its now my responsibility to pay the $125 actual fee, and they will not take responsibility for their mistakes. I will never use this company if I dont have to. They lie, and wont show their recordings of conversation because it wouldve proved them wrong.
