If it’s Cenlar, expect the worst!

Their monthly Mortgage Statements are beyond confusing! First of all, I get two Statements a month. Secondly, the Statements often arrive days before the due date. Sometimes they never arrive. Third, they can't seem to unravel their own confusion and the answer they come up with is a stone wall. The confusion they created caused late payment on one month's mortgage payment and it wasn't even the month the payment was not received due to a stolen check. Their answer was to report me to the Credit Bureaus for delinquency. Great customer service, right? Thanks so much for helping. Looking forward to finding a mortgage elsewhere than Citibank if for no other reason than escaping the pain of dealing with Cenlar.
