My mini split Soleus air Model KFTZHP12 indoor unit temperature setting frequently moving up and down even turn off and on automatic without pressing remote control unit. Strange malfunction happening. So, I thought what if I replace the thermostat and I call 1-80*-570-**** no response no parts no dealer information about in NYC.
