ID verification issue, being flagged, no reply to my messages I’ve sent.

I was flagged for accidentally hitting a fake MP link. This was in July-Aug of2020 I sent multiple msgs. To many to count. I finally got a response in Jan2021. My ad was able to be posted it's now April 2021. I had to replace my cell phone. & I tried to log into my account from my new phone. I received a msg telling me to send a verification code. to provide verification that it was really me trying to log in from another device.& I tried sending the code to verify it was me I was sent a MSG stating. I was being flagged for verification issues. I've sent multiple msg but still haven't gotten a response. I hate to complain but it is extremely frustrating I've done nothing wrong the bigger issue is not getting any reply to fix the issue.
