As above I filed a complaint with the BBB they told the BBB the complaint was settled they sent the money to the builder Who is no longer in business. I called the builder who said he did not receive any refund for me from Icon and that they owe him money from the sale. Plus when looking at the home they said If my daughter and I both purchase a home they would give us $1000 she purchased a home a week later. This company makes promises to get the sale has shabby set up crews who do not have extra supplies nor money to purchase them so the homeowner pays with the promise of getting it back from Icon.
