Hello Team, I paid 70$ in two installment first one 28$ and second one 42$ on their service which says that they will unlock my activation lock but instead they took my money and later claim that it can't be unlocked or refunded. Under Statutory Rights & Consumer Rights act 2015 I am in fact entitled to a full refund, irrelevant of any terms and conditions listed on their website. Also they send in a mail which says that if I can prove that my phone is not barred then it can be refunded and I proved that my phone is not barred from one of the website called swappa.com.esp which was mentioned in their website but they won't respond to my mail so I request your assistance in this matter.
