Money taken out of bank account and still not received product. Company claims package was shipped but it is unable to be tracked. I am finding out that there are multiple bad reviews and similar situations with other people ordering products from this company and never receiving them. No longer interested in the product I can buy it from a reputable source like Amazon and know that I will receive it
