I would like to talk to a human and not a robot system.
I made a payment on my car loan today @ 10:00 PDT and the robot stated if I made a payment today prior to 7:00 EST the payment would be taken from my account today. Now the robot is stating it will not be made until tomorrow. WHY?? Also I do not want this card number to be retained because I am going to use different card numbers and checks to send in my payments. I would appreciate an answer to my email. Your phone system doesn't seem to work. However you may it very clear if we fail to make a payment. That you are a debt collector. I couldn't get a response via the telephone to speak to your friendly customer service operators. zero wasn't functional and neither was any of the phone numbers I called. You charged me $12.00 to make a timely payment. I could see being charged a late fee. However, you are charging a fee to use your "Official Payment" site. 7/12/18 @ 10:37 Mark Wyatt
