Update by user Aug 20, 2020 Pissed Consumer wanted to know how things have come along with E-Trailer concerning a top plate for a swaggman 4 bike carrier. Well, after calling them 4 times it appears that it will be 5, 6, 7 ? Who knows. The plate sent to me was for a different year than the bike carrier I own. And until they send me a return cover for my sending the piece that does not fit back to them I will not get reimbursed for the 50 plus I am out and will continue to have this metal paperweight here. So no. Nothing as of yet....gm 08/20/20 Original review posted by user Jul 17, 2020 A part was shipped that we waited months for last year that does not fit. I have contacted Customer Service at Etrailer FIVE times and am politely given a tough S story. I'm out $50 + with a part I have no use for,and I am NOT going to go to a welder and pay extra money so that this part can be fabricated for application. Soo if I am stuck with it I want to send it back to the people who draw the companies policies. I have purchased ALOT of items from them in the past. But now with this issue all the response I get is asking me to REVIEW other items I have purchased. User's recommendation: Get replacement parts for Bike racks from the mfg. if possible. DO NOT rely on their customer service to send you the correct replacement part.
