Back on January 10, 2020, I had a question but couldn't find a Customer Care Contact Phone number to call so instead I sent an email with the query... I immediately got a "confirmation" email from them and then... nothing... no answer to my query. So on February 12, 2020, I sent a second email with the same query... again immediately got a confirmation email from them and then... nothing. So then on February 17, 2020, I sent a THIRD email with the same query as well as my phone number to contact... again immediately got a confirmation email and then... STILL nothing! Conclusion... terrible customer service. Free members can't even read, let alone respond to any emails they receive unless they upgrade to a paid subscription. The query I had was... "in order to enable free members to read and respond to emails I send them is it possible to add a free 'read and response option' to a paid subscription?"
