The reason I called TD Auto Finance is because I have not received my financial statement. That is NOT the fault of your financial institution but instead the fault of our mail system. We purchased our vehicle in Florida where we are spending the winters. We have our mail forward to us from Michigan but we have been having problems with the mail service. Luckily when I called TD Auto Finance I received instructions on how to access my new account online so I will be able to pay my bill on there. I have been very Happy with Td auto finance and am not upset with your company at all.
