The people throwing shade at this company are full of it. I love this company. If I say it's not safe to run, that's the end of it. I run the hours I want. It's not forced dispatch in a company truck. Could you make more elsewhere? Sure, but this company actually cares about me. When they say the freight can be replaced but the driver can't, it's not double talk. The dispatchers are pretty amazing to me. Are there issues? Sure. It's a job. There are always going to be haters out there for any company. That said, I'm glad I came to this company to drive. I can honestly say it ranks among the best choices I have ever made in my driving career. If you don't want to work here that's fine. But let this sink in. My first week of orientation, most of the people driving for them had been driving for years. Not months. Not a year. Years. That should speak for itself right? Or are you going to take the word of a few people who just want to throw shade? I'm just saying.
