For this being the first time ordering from nasty gal, let me just say my experience has been horrible. I placed an order sometime after midnight and realized I should have ordered a size down. So I called the minute they opened that following morning to make the change as quickly as possible. I was told my order had already shipped? Okay well that was fast but my fault from the beginning for not ordering the right size. Whatever, I was okay with that and waited for my package. I never got a notification that it shipped until the following day though, so I definitely felt I was lied to due to most company's notifying you the day of. I received my package, and yes I needed the size down so I promptly sent back my item. My tracking number told me it got to the location within only 2 days. However after waiting a week and receiving no notification of my return I was worried and called. They told me they have been very busy and it was probably just sitting at their warehouse with a bunch of other returns and it might take 2 weeks instead of 1 week to process this. Um okay. So finally 12 days after my item had been received at nasty gal, they sent me an e-mail saying it was returned. But the wait doesn't stop there. Their website states the return will be refunded with in 2-3 business day (as our banks may take that long to post them). Well it's been over 5 days, my bank has not posted this nor knows anything about this refund coming through, and so I call nasty gal and I was told that they are unsure as to why I received this e-mail because, in fact, my item is still "processing" and has not even been returned yet! Are you kidding me? As of now I am still waiting to receive my money back from this purchase due to the many faults of nasty gal. Oh and the customer service reps take forever to get a hold of - I had to leave messages and was told i'd be called back due to their "overwhelming" returns. No one called me back though, I called about 5-6 times until I could finally speak with someone. Not surprised at all that so many people are returning their stuff. This site sucks and it's a shame that even though their clothes are cute I will not be going through this process again. I will shop elsewhere.
