They sell products with a bad quality and their service is the same. Bad, poorly organized, and simply awful. And if it comes to returns or refunds be ready to encounter a terrible mess. First of all, they will simply not care. It's your problems and you have to solve them by yourself. Who cares about policies and stuff like that? They don't. Talking to them is like hell on earth. At first, you will be on hold for many minutes, then they will tell you something stupid that has nothing to do with your issue. They will not listen to you. Tough tough tough. I'm having troubles with these guys and have no idea how to resolve my issue with returns.
