I ordered three costumes for my children for a big birthday party and after a week they had been sent to me. Nothing boded troubleб the estimated time was ok. I didn't know and wasn't notified that the costumes were sent separately from each other. And I received just one out of three. I thought it would be the right step to call the customer care and ask what happened. So I did. They made me wait for about forty minutes before someone of them did me a favor and picked up the phone eventually. They said that I don't have to be worried and everything will arrive on time. Ok, if you say so. But nothing did. And my kids were left without costumes. I don't care if they arrive later because we already don't need them. And all I want now is a refund, guys.
