They are simply ridiculous! I was signed up for their free trial, after that like every normal company they had to cancel it, but no, they just charged me for a new period even though I didn't want to continue. I didn't order anything. Had to contact them for a fast resolution, I was angry as hell. They said I can get a refund after I send their package back. They didn't mention that the shipping wasn't free and charged me for that again. It's absolutely pointless!!! I don't recommend this website to anyone. Buy elsewhere
