I made a big order and purchased a lot of tea from www.englishteastore.com. I used to order from them a lot and never had any issues, but my last order was incomplete. Two packages were missing and when I contacted their support team they gave me nothing but empty promises. They said they'll send the missing items as soon as possible but never did that. I'm very disappointed with EnglishTeaStore and I will not buy from them again.
